About Me
I have worn a few different hats in my multifaceted career, moving toward a total wellness approach in my work with clients. I believe our physical, mental, and financial health are intertwined, and if one of those is a bit off, it may impact our lives in ways we couldn’t have anticipated. My goal is to design a road map with you that will give you a sense of purpose, direction, and accountability. I draw on my personal and professional experiences to help guide my work, and my sense of humor will hopefully keep you coming back. 😀
I am a fiduciary 100% of the time in my work with clients. You are invited to educate yourself on what it means to be a fiduciary and the importance of working with a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® by visiting the consumer’s page of the CFP Board, Let’s Make A Plan.
In addition to my financial planning work, I have a small clinical therapy practice, and I also coach CrossFit group classes. Outside of work, I am a CrossFit enthusiast, passionate messenger of personal finance education to Richmond, CA youth, music lover, and an animal lover.
